Florida Media Conference registration and hotel deadline is June 18

The deadline to register and to reserve your hotel room for the Florida Media Conference is June 18, 2019. After this date a late fee will apply to all registrations. Also, please be aware that the availability of certain events, especially the awards luncheons and Thursday and Friday night banquets, cannot be guaranteed for late or on-site registrations.

Room rate: $185 (no resort fee)
Parking: $10/day self-parking
Additional parking information: For those coming in for a single event (award luncheon or dinner) and not staying at the hotel, parking rates are the same (self-parking – $10; valet – $25). Please make sure to pick up your parking ticket at the conference registration desk to receive the discounted parking rate. If you are staying overnight at the hotel, the parking fee ($10 self-parking and $25 for valet) will be automatically charged to your bill.
