Palm Coast Observer adds their newest team member in the role of Engagement Specialist
We are pleased to announce that Kaesha Hagan is joining our team, taking on the new role of Engagement Specialist. Hagan’s goal will be to increase overall readership engagement and help our advertising partners prosper.Hagan’s extensive experience as a digital media professional will be utilized as she directs communication engagement with readers and advertisers. While running her own digital marketing business, she provided communication solutions to clients worldwide. Hagan’s dedication to the science of Social Media keeps her informed and current for effective utilization on Social Media trends and new platforms as they emerge.

In her new role as Engagement Specialist for the Observer she will be helping our community connect with our team to get the most up-to-date information on what’s happening in our neighborhoods. With the roll-out of our new subscription and membership packages, she is looking forward to engaging and assisting our growing readership audience. She will also assist local businesses to increase the awareness of their products and services.
Hagan was in the Quanta Honors Program at Daytona State College and held a position as the assistant to the Chairman of the School of Engineering Department. She was also on the honor roll and Dean’s List throughout her college career, all while making an impact in her community.
